These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Plotz website and mobile application (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Plotz is a platform that connects buyers and sellers of land. We facilitate listings, reservations and communications between parties. Plotz acts as a marketplace and is not the seller of listed plots unless explicitly stated.
You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or making a reservation.
When you request a reservation through the Service, you are submitting a request to the seller. Reservations may require a deposit or fee; such fees will be disclosed at the time of reservation. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; you must follow their terms as well.
Listings on Plotz are provided by third-party sellers. Plotz does not guarantee title, zoning, or other legal aspects of a property. Buyers are responsible for performing independent due diligence (title search, local authority checks, surveys, etc.) before completing a purchase.
Users must not post fraudulent or misleading listings, impersonate others, or misuse the Service. Violation may result in account suspension or removal.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plotz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from disputes between buyers and sellers.
All content provided by Plotz (except user-submitted listings) is owned by or licensed to Plotz. You may not reproduce or redistribute Plotz content without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Plotz is registered. Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved via our support channel.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Note: This document is a template and should be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel to match your jurisdiction and business model before use in production.
